Last Bike Ride?
Just under 11 miles (10.9) in 50 minutes and 18 seconds. That was 4 minutes and 36 seconds per mile which would roll me in at 1 hour, 4 minutes, and 36 seconds. I tried a gel today and it was not as bad as I thought it was going to be. Definately going to use one on Sunday, but do I use it before the bike or after the bike? I am thinking right after the bike and before the run. I won't have much to do during that transition anyways.
