might not be working out today because I do not feel that good(no softball tonight either), but I did work out the past 2 days. Monday I did a BRICK (16 minutes on the spinner and then upstairs for 2 miles on the track). I transitioned in about 1.5 minutes which included wiping down the equpiment.
Yesterday I was in the pool. 36 lengths (0.5 miles) in 18:24. At this point I am not terribly concerned with what place I finish in or what time I finish in, but I want to finish the triathlon without stopping. Anything beyond that is icing on the cake. My bike is in the shop getting a tune up and I will have it back sometime this week so I can hit the road for a long ride this weekend while Em is in Cadillac.
