Finally getting back to form

I went for a run today and it felt pretty good. My lungs and legs started burning towards the end, plus my legs were a little sore from softball.

A total distance of 4.84 miles in a time of 41 minutes and 22 seconds. That worked towards a pace of 8 minutes and 32 seconds per mile. This would bring me in at 42 minutes and 44 seconds for my 5 mile race distance. We are down to crunch time!
