Workout - 12/3/08

Tonight was a Brick workout (Bike followed by Run). I did 20 minutes of each with a 2 minute jog cooldown at the end.

20 minutes on the stationary bike (7.2 miles)
20 minutes on the treadmill (2.33 miles)

Felt pretty good transitioning from one to the other. Need to get a swim workout in soon (it's been a while). More tomorrow.
