Back to Training: Day 1

I have never seen Bally's as packed as it was today. I had to adjust my plan and do my biking on the horizontal stationary bike (which I hate). Here was the workout:

6 minute warm-up jog and stretch
8 miles on the stationary bike (21:14)
Upper Body Lifting
- Seated Row - 3 sets of 15 reps at 75lbs.
- Back pull downs - 3 sets of 15 reps at 87.5 lbs.
- Chest Press - 3 sets of 12 reps at 80 lbs.
Cool down jog and stretch
